The elevator conveys the materials to the grinding auger at the upper end of the electrostatic sorting equipment. Through friction, different charges are generated. Then, the plastic uniformly falls into the middle of the drum with different high-voltage static electricity inside the equipment. According to the principle of "like charges attract, opposite charges repel", based on the different distances of falling, the plastic enters different material outlets, thereby separating the mixed material plastics. To further purify, it enters the hopper again, is heated, and then sorted. The purity of the finished product can reach over 98%.
